Cherry Weddings can provide as little or as much of the Wedding Planning as required. Unlike most planners we don’t offer set packages as we like to personally tailor our services for each couple. This provides a special and unique wedding, reflecting only on your tastes and personality.

We work with a wide range of suppliers whom we have strong relationships with and have negotiated special rates. All discounts are then passed on direct to you.

Below is a summary of the types of services we offer.

Complete Wedding Planning

Your personnel wedding planner will style, design and manage your entire wedding from start to finish.

The services the wedding planner will provide is endless. From sourcing quotes; to liaising with suppliers; managing all accounts and budget; scheduling a time line; providing recommendations and suggestions we check and manage every last detail so that nothing will be missed.

Your wedding will be personally designed to suite your style, trends and traditions.

If you have over 100 guests, have a busy lifestyles or perhaps do not live within the region or you simply would like someone to take care of everything then this truly is the best way to have a stress free wedding.

As an added service, you will have your wedding planner on the big day to coordinator the wedding, making sure everything runs smoothly and most importantly for you to enjoy your special day.

Partial Wedding Planning

If you have already made some arrangements ie booked the venue, met with the Florist etc but still need other things planned. We can take care of the rest and tie it all together for you.

We can also meet with suppliers and negotiate fees and contracts on your behalf and provide recommendations and suggestions. We will organise the overall event schedule and make sure that we stay on track.

This is ideal for those who would like to be involved with the decision making process but does not have time to plan everything. This is also a way to make sure that you stay within your budget.

Wedding Day Coordination

If you have planned your wedding but don’t want to be worrying about the ‘little things’ on your wedding day, this is the service for you. One of our planners will attend your wedding day and oversee everything to ensure it is all going to plan.

We will organise the overall event schedule and be the point of contact for all your suppliers.

This is a full day service and can be tailored to include as much or as little assistance as needed.

Wedding Planning Consultation

A consulting service is available on request. Enabling you to run through your planning ideas and costs with an expert who can guide you in the right direction. This is to ensure peace of mind that everything is on the right track and that you are making all the right decisions and getting the best of what you are paying for. We can also meet a supplier with you to assist with negotiating the right services for you and overall ensure you are on the right track.
